The public are becoming more aware that no part of the listed warning (i.e. by parking here you will be clamped) will, and can legally take place following the initial warning displayed. Whereas, signage provided by Capital Carpark Control have been designed with legal text along with the standards accepted by the British Parking Association (BPA).

This includes free Legal worded signage, free Permits if required and free monitoring of your parking facilities throughout the year by our highly trained, SIA Licensed staff. 

We erect our warning signs by way of screwing them directly to the wall where necessary, simply to allow it’s secure positioning together with allow your property to continue to look presentable to visitors and the general public. Many companies continue to use glue that clearly makes your property look unwelcoming to the public and visitors who visit your property.

It is essential for every location that adequate warning signs are placed accordingly and generously within the affected location in clear view of the public who the premises in question. Capital Carpark Control prefers to place such signage in a way that all details are visibly seen from each vehicle vehicles parked position. This will ensure a higher deterrent therefore; fewer offending vehicles will enter that property allowing more space for genuine customers and/or visitors.

The supply of warning signs, there installation and maintenance will continue to be the responsibility of Capital Carpark Control if such deformation of the warning signs is not reported to us immediately.

Within all parking areas warning signs measuring 2ft x 16” will be displayed at both the entrance and at regular intervals thereafter. Larger warning signs are available on request although there will be a fee for this option.
