Contract-Agreement With all Car park control options, you will be required to complete an agreement simply to allow us to carry out your chosen requirements. After receiving the completed agreement, we can either arrange to meet at the affected location, or you can simply allow us to use our own professional judgement on the number of warning boards required and the placement within the location.

We can arrange the required number of parking permits and/or visitor permits to be issued. The permits can be issued to your tenants, staff and visitors by us or posted directly to you, the client.

For every completed agreement, Capital Car park Control will provide one parking permit to each bay located at the affected location free of charge, therefore providing you with no set-up-costs. (Maybe just a phone call).

Competitive parking companies, who provide the same services may charge for this including charging a fee annually & also charge for there signage to be erected.

Capital Car park Control offer you a straight forward service that helps put you back in control of your parking facilities, providing you with additional space for your genuine customers and other visitors which has been proven to increase business revenue.

In some areas, the proprietor may allow the public to park on the premises but only for a limited time period, although another part of the same property maybe restricted to the public. In this instance, Capital Car park Control will display your requirements on our signage clearly highlighting the parking conditions. I.e. ? Hours free parking - 90min free parking etc. Again, you can choose your own requirements which will be clearly displayed on all signage. This also applies to locations operating Pay & Display showing times of stay and no return within ? Hours if necessary.

We understand that there maybe locations within your property that may require parking to be completely prohibited. This can include larger areas than just one parking bay (as displayed). This may also be required in areas displaying zigzags, therefore each personal requirement can be displayed our signage where requested.

Many locations such as supermarket car parks display these markings quite frequently now days and so they should. Capital Car park Control display clear warning signs on each of these bays, explaining to motorists that if those other than blue badge holders park in such bays, they face being issued a Parking Charge Notice and/or removed. Such bays are solely allocated to those who are issued and who clearly display a disabled parking badge.
