Welcome to Capital Carpark Control where within our website you will find many choices on how you can gain back control of your parking facilities. You can choose from a number of parking control services, from issuing a parking charge notice (PCN), (see ticketing) to clamping. Some factors need to be considered when deciding the best parking enforcement required as each location differs. Therefore, sometimes requires the correct approach for the most effected areas. Our
SIA (security industry authority) licensed staff will attend the affected property and either attach a home office approved wheel clamp to the offending vehicle or issue a Parking Charge Notice. Our contact details will also be placed on the vehicle so we can be contacted directly. Unlike many who offer parking control services, Capital Carpark Control are one of the few that do not charge set up costs coupled with no service charges for our parking control services.

If you have been issued a PCN, been Clamped or your vehicle has been towed and you wish to make a complaint or appeal, then please  go to our appeal Page and write to us at the displayed address. You have 14 days from date of offence to do this. Our normal reply period is 21 days so please allow this time period for a responce concerning an appeal although, we do strive to respond sooner. However, please note replys may some times take longer.

If you have any questions regarding our Parking Control Services, please provide your details via the Contact Us page.

In all our Parking Management activities, our clients details are not given to third parties so please do not ask for them.
