We are unable to respond to appeals/complaints by telephone. If your vehicle has been wheel-clamped, you must follow the procedure shown on the details attached to your windscreen and write to the address displayed. (see below). When appealing you must provide your original receipt and a self addressed envelope. Failing to provide any of the details may result in a delay in a reply or no reply at all.
