We are unable to respond to appeals/complaints by telephone. If your vehicle has been issued a parking charge notice or been wheel clamped, you must follow the procedure shown on the details attached to your vehicle and write to the address displayed below. If you have been clamped, you must provide your original receipt and a stamped self addressed envelope. Failing to provide any of the details may result in a delay in a reply or no reply at all.
If you have received a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) and wish to appeal or to make a complaint, please do so within 14 days of the offence in writing to: Appeals Dept

Our reply time will continue to be 21 days of receipt and maybe longer in some circumstances. Please supply all requested details as failing to do so will considerably delay the responses.
When contacting us by post, please ensure that you write clearly and add a return address as we have received some correspondence which does not contain a return address. No Address - No Reply. Before appealing, we would first like to highlight that your vehicle may have been wheel clamped or issued with a Parking Charge Notice usually because it was parked unlawfully or against conditions displayed. Digital photographs are also taken of each vehicle showing the offence.
> The PCN issued was in breach of the instructions given by the client. > The PCN was issued contrary to the parking conditions displayed. > A PCN was issued unlawfully. Appeals will not be considered for the following reasons:
> My Permit fell down or the wind blew it down. > I am a resident so it doesn't apply to me. > I forgot to display my parking permit. > I work here so it doesn't apply to me. > I am waiting to receive my parking permit. > My permit is in my house. > My permit is in my pocket/bag/wallet. > I have lost my permit. > There is nowhere else to park. > I was only 1 minute. > I wasn't the driver. > It's not my car. > Disabled badge holders are not exempt. > I/We didn't know a permit was required.
